Your visit will include an examination, x-rays if needed, a report
of the findings, recommendations, and education.
Our office provides a full range of dental treatment, including
preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry.
is our goal for every patient. It involves the daily care, good
nutrition, and periodic checkups and cleanings that help you to
maintain good dental health.
is basic repair of the mouth. We mend broken and leaking fillings,
build crowns and bridges, fit partial and full dentures. When necessary,
gum disease is treated, or root canal therapy is recommended.
Many people feel uneasy about dental treatment. But if you haven't
been to the dentist in a while, you may be agreeably surprised.
Our gentle approach to care will make your visit a positive experience.
The prevailing belief behind our preventive philosophy is a simple
one: you can keep all your teeth for all your life.
Cosmetic dentistry is coming of age with new procedures that make
a beautiful smile accessible to everyone. Dental technology, balanced
with an eye for esthetics, can bring dramatic results: mend a chip
here, lighten a discoloration there, close up gaps - these procedures
are, for the most part, conservative and comfortable.
If you find it necessary to contact the doctor after normal office
hours, call our voice mail at (248) 620-6800 and all messages will
be forwarded to your doctor. Your call will be returned as soon
as possible.
Our Commitment to your health involves more than quality dentistry.
In today's heightened awareness, we're established a sterilization
program designed to ensure the safety of both patients and staff.
You'll probably notice our masks and gloves, but there's more to
it than that. We're proud to insist on the highest safety protocols.
All prescriptions and authorizations for renewals should be requested
during normal office hours. Please follow the doctor's recommendation
if he feels that it is in the best interest of your health to be
seen and examined prior to prescribing the appropriate medications.
We make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care.
Payment is therefore requested for services when the patient leaves
the office. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Again, we welcome
you as a patient. Thank you for selecting us as your personal and
family dentists.
We accept traditional, PPO, or any other dental insurance plans
which allow you to choose your own dentist. If you are unsure, your
human resources manager should be able to tell you if you can choose
your own dentist. Please remember that insurance is considered a
method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the dentist and
is not a substitute for payment. Some insurance companies pay a
fixed allowance for certain procedures, and others pay a percentage
of the charge. It is your responsibility to pay and deductible amount,
including co-insurance, or any other balance not paid for by your
insurance company. We try to simplify the preparation of your insurance
claims, thereby holding down costs that are unrelated to the delivery
of quality dental care to you and your family. If you have insurance,
we will, as a service to you, help determine the coverage you have
available and submit your claim. We ask that you assign your insurance
benefits to us. Should you have financial problems which result
in you delaying payment of you bill, please contact us. We will
make every effort to work out an acceptable payment plan to enable
you to take care of your obligation. All delinquent accounts will
be pursued to the fullest extent allowed by law. Persistent non-payment
for services rendered will regrettably lead to the termination of
dentist-relationship.
If you cannot keep an appointment, 48 hour notice is required to
cancel and reschedule your appointment. This courtesy on your part
makes it possible to give an appointment to another patient.
